(02)WHAT WE CHECK OURSELVES

Laboratory control on every batch

How production works

Weight: Gsm measured on every batch, ±5% tolerance, result kept in the order card.
Composition: Cotton and elastane ratio checked before dyeing.
Shrinkage: Test wash on a sample: up to 4–6% depending on the weave.
Shade: Checked against the batch reference — the basis of repeatability on reorders.
